Is your AQUARIUS puzzle missing a piece?
Are any of your puzzle pieces misaligned?
As avid Puzzlers ourselves we completely understand how frustrating these issues can be. Puzzle pieces have a way of getting up and walking away. Sweater sleeves and cats are the more popular culprits, but every once in a while, a piece does not make it into a box during manufacturing. Fortunately, we stand behind our products 100% and we will gladly replace your item free of charge should any of these issues arise with your puzzle. To file a claim, please fill out the following form and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT:
- Our replacement warranty only covers items that were purchased new within the last 90 days in the United States.
If you are eligible to receive a replacement puzzle, the replacement we will send you will only include the puzzle itself in a plastic bag, and will not include the puzzle box, so please be sure to keep the puzzle box from your original purchase. - We are only able to ship replacement puzzles within the Continental U.S., and it typically takes 2-3 weeks for a replacement to ship from our warehouse in California.
- Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces and that there is no guarantee that the pieces from a replacement puzzle will fit into the original puzzle you purchased.
- Please also note that there is a small chance we may no longer make your puzzle, and if that’s the case we will send you a similar puzzle of equal value.
